2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information to provide products and services and for our business operations. If you choose not to provide the information we request from you, we may not be able to provide you with the services you require. Registration. This is the information you provide to us when you enquire about our products and services. This may include information when you:

Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and web page usage.

3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We use the information we collect about you to provide our services to you such as, but not limited to:
- To respond to your enquiries;
- To send you information about our products through emails and newsletters;
- To enter into contracts with you and
- To measure and improve our services and communication
We might ask your permission to publish testimonials or references based on your experience in dealing with us. In such cases, we will ask your permission to use personal information and you will have the right to accept or decline our request.
We use the information we collect about you for the following additional purposes:

Direct Marketing. If you do not want to receive emails and newsletters, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions which we include at the bottom of our emails and newsletters. If, however you do not wish to do this, please get in touch with us as per the contact details in Section 8.

Location of Data. Some of our third-party providers are located overseas. In dealing with us, you consent to this practice, understanding that your personal information may be accessible from or transmitted outside Australia.
If you share your information with a social media service (including by posting information to that service), this information may not be removed even after you delete our details with us. Your account information may still be accessible by others for a short period of time because of the way that your information is stored on the internet.
Sensitive Information. We ask that you not provide us with any sensitive information (such as information about your racial or ethnic origin, religious or other beliefs, health, criminal background or any affiliated membership) when using our website/s.
Complaint. If you think we have breached the Privacy Act 1988 or other applicable privacy laws, you can contact us (see Section 8) to make a complaint. When you contact us, please include your name and contact details (including your email address, address, and telephone number) and clearly describe your complaint. We will contact you within a reasonable period to let you know the next steps in resolving your complaint and to obtain any further information we need to consider your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au).
